An international businessman who began his career in Silicon Valley in 1978, Gary's
distinguished information technology career includes senior management positions
in sales, marketing, operations and general management embracing start-ups,
recovery and established businesses. Gary lives in Munich and is currently an advisor
and investor in several digital start-up companies.
A native Californian, he was educated at Stanford University and is a member of the
Stanford Scholastic Fund Organisation as well as the Stanford Athletic Association.

Prior to joining Canopy, Doug was a founder and investor in a technology start-up business in 1988 that over an eleven year period achieved
European sales of $69m with an operating profit of $8m and net assets of $38m. He has been associated with more than fifty technology patent filings with a public flotation in 1994.
A native of the North East, Doug graduated in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester and joined the technology market after a career in pharmaceuticals.

Richard has a wealth of finance and operations experience in multi-site and online, rapidly growing
Businesses with a track record of major bottom line impact through system and process improvement. He
has previously held posts as Commercial and Finance Director of a PLC e-marketing business, COO of a
multi-national software business and Finance Director of a major PLC high street recruitment business.
Richard qualified as a chartered accountant in 1990 having graduated from Imperial College with a degree in Chemistry.

Neil joined the J Sainsbury plc management training scheme from grammar school. Over a thirty one year
career with the retailer Neil excelled in a multitude of roles mostly within operational management.
His most recent posts were that of 'Head of Merchandising' and 'Head of Offer Development'.
Neil joined OCG in 2005 and was made director in 2007. Since joining OCG Neil has played a key role developing
the OCG Netstationers franchise network. With effect from October 2010 Neil has taken on the broader role of
Commercial Director with overall responsibility for business development and marketing as well as the franchise
channel.

Alan has a pedigree in developing strategic plans and delivering through building teams at
all levels in business, especially where a strong focus on results and customer needs is a
pre-requisite for success.
Alan's previous roles include several senior management positions in J Sainsbury that covered
supply chain, retail and new formats. More recently Alan has been CEO of a London retail and
property business and CEO of an independent Co-operative Society in Somerset. A qualified coach
and accredited business mentor Alan has also successfully run his own management consultancy
business.

David`s career developed overseas in different business sectors before returning to
London in 1991 as Director of Group Audit and Control for Rothmans International.
He joined Barclays in 1994 as Finance Director, Network Services and Chairman of
Tradewise Services International.
He is Chairman of The Cheverell Partnership with correspondent offices in Jersey,
Nassau and Mauritius, a non-executive director of a number of private companies and
is one of the original investors in the OCG group. He is a director of the British
Malaysian Society with focus on bilateral Malaysia/UK trade and investment and a
Vice-Chairman of the Business Council for Africa.
David read law at Edinburgh University and qualified as an accountant in 1965.

Jonathan Ward Non-Executive Director |

An experienced businessman who has worked in the UK, Europe, India and the Far
East with the BOC Group, Courtaulds, Tootal and Hoechst. He is Surrey Group Chairman
of the Academy of Chief Executives, a coaching and mentoring organisation. Since 1991
he has been a management consultant specialising in corporate analysis, strategic
reviews and planning.
Jonathan was educated at St Pauls' School and Queens' College Cambridge.
